Bookkeeping Excel Template

Settings:
- Year and Month: Select your start date. The template is valid for 12 months from this date.
- Categories & Accounts: Set up income/expense categories and payment accounts. You can easily add or edit them.
Income:
- Enter Income Data: Specify date, category, description, and payment account. The template calculates the tax and net amounts automatically.
- Out-of-Range Dates: Dates outside the selected range will be highlighted for clarity.
Expense:
- Enter Expense Data: Record expenses with date, category, description, and payment account. Tax and net amounts are automatically calculated.
- Enter Expense Data: Record expenses with date, category, description, and payment account. Tax and net amounts are automatically calculated.
- Add/Edit Categories: Modify categories or payment accounts in the Settings section.
Monthly Overview:
This section automatically updates with income and expense data. You can customize it to show Monthly or Cumulative data, and select between Total Amount, Tax Amount, or Net Amount.
Dashboard:
- Monthly Totals Chart: Compare income, expenses, and profit trends.
- Top Categories: View your top 5 income and expense categories for key insights.
- Filters: Narrow your analysis to focus on specific data points.
