Record all platforms and the services provided through these platforms. Also, record the stages that leads will go through until they are completed and closed. This setup in the Settings sheet is crucial for the proper functioning of your leads and advertising data processing.
To manage your advertising efforts, go to the Advertising Spend sheet. Record the date of each Ad, its code, the platform where it will appear, and its cost. Revenue, profit, and ROI will be calculated automatically based on the leads revenue from the Leads Raw Data sheet.
For each lead, start recording the necessary data in the Leads Raw Data sheet. This includes the lead date, platform, customer details, and the service provided. Keep the lead stage updated to ensure accurate data analysis. Once a lead is closed, record the closing date and the revenue generated. Your leads data will automatically update and reflect in your data analysis dashboard, providing you with up-to-date insights into your lead generation performance.
Finally, the Dashboard sheet allows you to access a comprehensive analysis of your lead generation efforts. By clicking the "Show Dashboard" button in the top left area, you can view all useful and smart charts. These charts are easily manipulated using dynamic slicers, providing a clear and interactive way to analyze your data.
