Sheet "Data Sheet":
First Column "Options" which gives you an opportunity to add or delete the row. You just need to move the cursor on any of the cell it will pop-up a window with two button:
1. Add new activity
2. Delete activity
Through this "Data Sheet" you can add "Project" and its two sub-categories.
There are two other columns with dates - "Start Date" and "Completion Date" just double click on the cell it will popup the calendar and then you can select the date.
When you edit any of the cell in this shee then must press the above button on top left "Back to Gantt Chart" to process new information into the Gantt Chart.
Sheet "Gantt":
You are not allowed to edit anything in the Sheet "Gantt" if you do it can cause any issue.
There are 3 buttons on the top which gives you view of "Gantt chart" for Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
"Status" column has ability to show three different status of "Data Sheet" Column these are:
1. Days Required
2. %Progress
3. Status
you just need to click on the column name then filter the required column its data will popup automatically.
Sheet "Settings":
Allows you to set the Data Validations for the Sheet "Data sheet" which makes your work easier and lighter.
Ther are 2 validation separate on the right side of the sheet which allows you to make impact for the weekends in the Gantt Chart
